Therefore, JOY HOME CARE conducts monthly sensitivity training with the office staff as well as the personnel assisting the clients at home, combined with rewarding those who follow our company’s vision and mission to continuously boost the morale, confidence, and self-esteem of the staff. Through our company’s “Sensitivity Training” we promote compassionate caring, and understanding the client’s physical and mental medical conditions is vital for approaching a client with the awareness that we must handle the client with care and always in a positive attitude.
